Sessions Welcomes Rules Members for the 113th Congress U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX), Chairman of the House Rules Committee, welcomed Republican Members to the Committee and announced the Vice Chair for the 113th Congress today. House Rules Committee Members in the 113th Congress are: Congresswoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC), Congressman Rob Bishop (R-UT), Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK), Congressman Rob Woodall (R-GA), Congressman Richard Nugent (R-FL), Congressman Daniel Webster (R-FL), Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), and Congressman Michael C. Burgess, M.D. (R-TX).
