Foxx has targeted health care coverage. Foxx has joined colleagues on the House
Committee on Education and the Workforce in approving legislation that will
expand health coverage for many of the 45 million Americans who are currently
uninsured. Foxx is an original co-sponsor of the Small Business Health Fairness
Act, which will allow small business owners across the nation to band together
through membership in trade associations and purchase health care for their
dependents and employees. These association health plans will give small
businesses the same accessibility, affordability and choice in health care that
many major corporations have.
